About LiUNA! Local 1776

Local 1776 is part of Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA), one of the largest and strongest Unions in the US and Canada with more than 500,000 members in both the private and public sector. We use that strength to make our members’ voices heard.

Our Local specializes in federal workplace matters affecting employees of the US Government including the Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Guard. In addition to representation on workplace matters we offer a number of member-only benefits including college degrees for you and your family.
